"Kaos cleaned our AC unit thoroughly and communicated with us throughout the process. One hour AC prices were reasonable than the other companies I have used in the past. "One Hour team member Ryan was timely, very informative, very professional. He explained everything needed , what he was noting, and why exactly he reccommended what he did. He was also extremely clear about what was NOT needed, and why, thus saving me a lot of time and money . His knowledge and expertise with the a/c system in totality was notable— obviously he is well trained, experienced , well versed in the industry and also not throwing out sales pitches which I truly appreciated. I would use this team again and I highly recommend them ! Cuffed to Ryan for being so fabulous .., who says that about their a/c team??!?! ( I do now!!!)"

I’ve had multiple other companies and technicians over the past year blatantly ignore the core issues of my AC problems; but Joseph made sure to inspect everything to the best of his ability and was incredibly kind and courteous with his professionalism.
