“Cameron Jack was the technician that serviced our unit. He was kind, very informative and was happy to share with me preventative maintenance that I could do to prevent this issue from reoccurring. As we just purchased this house, One Hour had service records on the unit as well as the last inspection dates. Cameron was able to get us a package that serviced our unit twice a year and gives us discounts on trip charges, parts, etc and makes us a priority customer with same day service when possible. Very pleased with this company and am looking forward to a long relationship with them. If there’s one thing you don’t need to happen in Florida- it’s to be without A/C in August!”
