"This company is who you want to do business with for all your air, electrical, and plumbing needs. They are always reliable, and if you have an emergency situation for one of the following products I mentioned they will make every effort to get someone out same day. They always send you a text before they have a technician come out with a photo too of who to expect at your door for service which adds peace of mind. I have worked with their technician Erik for my a/c maintenance and he is incredible! Very knowledgeable and does amazing work. I would recommend this company to any home owners in the area."

"Jacob did a wonderful job and renewed my Faith in 1-hr Air. I like his style and his approach. I didn’t feel pressured By his observations and recommendations. He is very friendly and came across as very sincere and genuinely polite. Hope you will take the time to recognize him and hold him up as an example to the other technicians. Probably the single most important example is his ability to show an authentic interest in my wife and I. For example, he noticed our GENEALOGICAL wall and took an interest and that made his visit very personal. Being genuinely personable is the way best way to grow your business…that’s hard to teach. Another example is he allowed me to vent about the old 1-hr Air management…I was a longtime customer a few years back. Get this young man into management as soon as you can and as soon as he is ready. I WANT HIM & ONLY HIM TO BE MY 1-HOUR TECH in the future."
