“One Hour worked hard to resolve my recent Hvac issues, instead of automatically defaulting to replacement. When the new parts weren’t delivering expected results, they sold me a new HVAC and refunded the parts. The install had some imperfections but they quickly returned and remediated. Everything was responsibly and ethically handled. Mechanics can require trial and error sometimes. The key is to find a company that has your back and is accountable for their work. I have a 10 year warranty and my maintenance is done by the same company, to protect my investment. We paid reasonably. I am grateful for the One Hour boss (Jason) orchestrating perfectly behind the sceness; brilliant Thomas the installer (super savvy and professional), Randy on the electrical side (who can somehow also perfectly troubleshoot AC), Kevin for onsite supervision & safety, Joel for troubleshooting on command (anytime, anyday). This is the A team! Highly recommend.”

They were on time, courteous and demonstrated tremendous attention to detail They also communicated effectively, taking us step by step through the issues with our system and the various options to repair the system. I also want to commend Mark for doing the extra leg work and saving us money on a costly repair by tracking down the warranty on a previously repaired item.
