If we do not show up within that window, your service call fee is waived. 1. Express Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified one-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this one-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 2. Reserved Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified, two-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this two-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 3. Standard Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified four-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this four-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 4. “My a/c went out last night at 1200am. I called several companies and the only company that could do the same day service was One Hour Air. Joel and Xavier arrived and greeted me with a hand shake. I proceeded to explain to them the issue I was having. They both went right to work and explained all the work they were doing. They were very professional and upfront with the price. Xavier was doing on the job training, but when i asked him some questions he did a great job answering them. I was very impressed with him being he just graduated from tech school.
