My name is Bryan Johnston, and I take great pride in being a fourth-generation general contractor with a profound passion for the heating, air conditioning, and plumbing industries. Over the past 33 years, I have dedicated myself to this field, during which I had the honor of designing and establishing the first rainwater collection system in the state of Texas, along with setting new water purification standards. My extensive work in these areas prompted the Texas State Plumbing Board to create two new endorsements specifically for this type of work.

My journey began as a young boy, accompanying my grandfather and father to job sites, where I absorbed the intricacies of the trades. As I grew older, I diligently pursued the knowledge required for licensing and certifications, ultimately establishing myself as a professional in the industry. After two decades of hands-on experience, I ventured into entrepreneurship by owning and operating two successful plumbing companies and a plumbing supply house for over a decade. These experiences not only sharpened my technical skills but also taught me the importance of customer service and the value of building lasting relationships with clients.

After selling my businesses, I initially embraced early retirement, believing it was time to step back and enjoy life. However, I soon realized that retirement was not what I truly desired. I missed the thrill of tackling complex technical challenges and the fulfillment that comes from helping people solve their problems. It became clear to me that my true calling lay in returning to the industry where I felt my skills could make the greatest impact.

Reentering the heating and air conditioning field has reignited my passion for this work. I take great pride in my ability to lead and mentor others, sharing my knowledge and experience with those who are just starting their careers.
Outside of work, I enjoy engaging in water sports and strive to maintain peak physical condition. Whether I’m on the water or in the field, I approach every challenge with enthusiasm and dedication.
