“5 Stars – Outstanding Service and Professionalism! I contacted McCarthy’s One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning on a Sunday evening regarding a potential HVAC duct leak in my ceiling. To my surprise, they were able to schedule a technician to come out the very next day. I received an email confirmation for the appointment and even a professional biography of the technician, Jack, which was a great touch. On the day of the appointment, the office gave me a courtesy call letting me know Jack would arrive within 30 minutes—excellent communication throughout the entire process. When Jack arrived, I explained the issue, and he conducted a thorough inspection of the HVAC system, including the condenser and coils, and performed a diagnostic check on the cooling system—all of which were within proper limits. After his assessment, Jack determined the cause of the leak was likely due to closed vents in the basement and other areas of the home, along with a dirty filter and the system working overtime during several extremely hot and humid days. His explanation was clear, professional, and easy to understand. I asked about preventative maintenance options, and Jack explained their plans, including a great offer for military members. I ended up signing up for their $11.11/month 11/11 maintenance plan, which I really appreciated as a veteran. Overall, I couldn’t be more pleased with the fast response, professionalism, and honesty from McCarthy’s. I highly recommend them for anyone needing HVAC service or looking to set up a maintenance plan!”
