I use this company for multiple homes, and they are always great! From customer service on the phone to the technicians. I’ve worked with Carter, Sam, and recently Jacob, who came tonight during the -20 windchill and he was so professional and nice. Had me back warm and comfy in no time! I absolutely recommend all these guys for service! Thanks guys!

After signing up for the service plan that McCarthy has we scheduled an appointment to have our furnace and water heater checked. They scheduled for the next week and the technicians were right on time. Sam and Andrew were very courteous and respectful of our house. They covered their shoes even after I told them it was ok not to. They gave us estimates for the repairs that need to be done in the near future and we will be telling all of our friends to use them if they have any heating, plumbing, or a/c issues.

If I could give ten stars I would. Everyone I encountered was very professional and kind. Customer service is a rare commodity these days. However these folks nailed it. My furnace had to be replaced. It was like 35 years old and parts that were needed to repair was obsolete. They all work so well together as a team. I appreciate all of you so very much. Grateful to have met you all. Thank you 😊

Our heat stopped working in the middle of the night and the real feel outside was -15 degrees. Worried that I was going to have to wait forever and/or pay an arm and a leg for someone to come out, I made a call and they had someone there in about 1.5 hrs. They sent a text with the technician info and called just before arrival. Boi Za arrived and he was super friendly, helpful and explained everything in understandable detail. They have a maintenance plan we signed up for where they come out 2xs a year and clean and check the unit. We will continue to use this company for all our HVAC needs and request Boi Za as our technician.

My experience with McCarthy's One hour heating & air was awesome. Carter was on time and was very professional and knowledgeable, he also explained the what he came to do job wise. I highly recommend him for any service that needs done.
