“Nothing but amazing! We have had the pleasure of working with Carter the last few times. Originally, he came for a regular inspection and tune up. Then, he came about a week later and installed our new thermostat. Both of these, times he was professional, friendly, and explained everything. Then, the heat stopped working over the weekend. After playing around with the new thermostat, we placed a call for an emergency service call. It took several hours (they were slammed with calls from the weekend storm), but we again got Carter. He went right to work, identified, and fixed the problem within 30 to 40 minutes. Again, he was professional and friendly. This kind of service is why we are loyal customers and club members.”
