“I have used this company several times for different reasons. Every employee has been great to work with. Most recently, I have had Troy for the boiler. My house is over 100 years old and has a lot of things that Troy came out to clean the boiler and check the registers. The boiler needed a new part and Troy gave me an estimate on the cost before he proceeded with any work. He finished the work in a timely manner. He was courteous and friendly and was great to work with. I would highly recommend the employees and this company if you need work done in your house.”

“I have been using Schneider's One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning for semiannual system check and tune-up for about 4-5 years through their Comfort Club subscription. They seem to do good work. My recurrent frustration is that they don't call or email me to remind me to set up an appointment so it's up to me to remember to call them to set one up every 6 months even though I've already subscribed and paid for the service. In all this time they may have called once or twice.”

“One Hour Air has consistently been a dream. We had to have the install done in 2023 pre-labor day weekend when we had record highs. We had an HVAC unit that was older than I was. They were patient, explained every step of the process. They have been amazing on all of the upkeep visits. Recently we had water damage. They not only uninstalled and reinstalled our unit, but they were flexible when the repairs weren't completed and we had to shuffle our reinstall date. 10/10 would recommend time and time again. We are looking at using them for a few other projects! ( I can't name drop everyone, because I'm sure I'd miss someone, but insert all names of the different groups that have been to our house in the past two years! )”
