“I had an issue with my HVAC at 10pm. I called 7 other companies in the Charlotte area. One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning of Charlotte was the only company that would send someone tonight to fix my problem. All the other companies that say 24/7 really just put you off until the next available time which is normally the next morning. Sam was our tech and he was absolutely wonderful. I would recommend them any day of the week. Then the next morning we needed a new control board and Gabe handled it perfectly and efficiently.”

“Brian worked very hard all day in the heat. We are happy with the installation. He explained that our new unit had a 10-year replacement warranty and 2 years of labor warranty. We received the unit warranty from the manufacturer, but we haven’t seen any documentation on the 2-year labor warranty. Please provide documentation.”

“THANK GOD THEIR BACK ! I remember when my parents used one hour and my mom swares by this company I thought they had went out of business so I called a different company to repair my ac and from the moment they arrived all they kept trying to do was sell me a new one so I googled them and found they are back ! Their service manager Jacqueline came out and fixed my ac it was less than $700 She also cleaned out the outside thing for me and I can’t believe how much better it runs than even before it broke ! I guess mom does know best 🙂”
