“Bailey Nafziger was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. He was able to quickly and efficiently dismantle and install the new system. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He explained everything about the new system as well as teaching me a few things about other components I had such as my air exchanger and dehumidifier and how to properly maintain and clean these which I knew nothing about. He definitely made this stressful situation much easier and did so in a quick manner. Highly recommended.”

“We came home from a vacation only to discover that our furnace was not working. January in Minnesota without a furnace is never a good thing! I contacted Northern One Hour late in the evening (nobody else even answered their phone at that late hour) and set up an appointment for first thing the next morning. Lucas Anderson was there bright and early! He quickly diagnosed the problem, gave us a quote and had it fixed and running soon thereafter. He was so kind, personable and efficient! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NORTHERN ONE HOUR HEATING AND AIR!!!!!! They helped us quickly when we really needed it.....They are wonderful to do business with!!!!”

“Brian did an excellent job making my new hvac system work. I have a wood furnace tied into my hvac. I use the gas furnace fan for the wood furnace also. My old system had a 4 speed fan that was easily tapped into. The new one has a DC variable fan that had to be tied in. He was able to make them work together. I highly recommend him and everyone at Northern One Hour.”
