Bailey Nafziger was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. He was able to quickly and efficiently dismantle and install the new system. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He explained everything about the new system as well as teaching me a few things about other components I had such as my air exchanger and dehumidifier and how to properly maintain and clean these which I knew nothing about. He definitely made this stressful situation much easier and did so in a quick manner. Highly recommended.

He completed a thorough maintenance and full evaluation of my furnace and clearly explained each step of the process as he was working. I was especially impressed with the number of diagnostic gauges and tools he used to properly test the system. He also took pictures and detailed notes of any issues he found and made sure to explain everything clearly. Very professional, knowledgeable, and transparent.
