“Kenneth was our technician today and he did a great job. We also spoke to Jay on the phone to set up the appointment, both were easy to talk with and had great attitudes. Kenneth arrived 1 hours after we scheduled the appointment, greats punctuality! He was very informative and showed us everything to keep an eye on for our equipment. “My A/C blew out Friday night. I tried calling a couple places and One Hour were the earliest appointment I could get from anyone. She showed up at noon on Saturday. The tech was amazing! She thought it was a blown capacitor, went to take a look and that was it. Super fast repair. She offered the membership like all the companies do and given how good this experience was, I opted in. I thought pricing was fair all things considered. Would recommend!”

“This company deserves a five star review! We have two units in our house and when one of them went down, they were out literally within the hour. They did not try to upsell and gave us two separate options. The work was done within 48 hours and was very competitive (we checked). Blake Landon is the general manager and he personally came out twice to complete the job. In addition, he fixed an issue with our second unit. He is knowledgeable, pleasant, and extremely reliable.”

“Absolutely amazing! Super responsive/communicative, very prompt getting us on their schedule even though we're in the middle of an intense heat wave. Technicians were extremely knowledgeable, and very kindly answered all of our questions. It took barely two days from my first phone call for: a consult/assessment to be scheduled and completed, the problem diagnosed, AND the financing sorted out. And installation of a whole new furnace-AC combo was completed basically one day after that. VERY fast and thorough. And they were completely transparent about all of the costs from the jump. Furthermore, the technicians were really sweet with our anxious dog, and were a pleasure to have in our home. The new AC is working great already. Thanks, Jimmy, Chris, and Chris!”

“Scheduled a maintenance/cleaning of my AC and it turned into a service call. Ramon was very professional and found the problem and completed the repair which included going to get the part. He went above and beyond considering he was only scheduled to do a tune up of the system. He worked in the heat without complaint and I made sure he had some Popsicles to take with him to cool off and rehydrate.”
