Priority scheduling on all appointments
Two annual maintenance visits
- Clean outdoor condenser unit
- Check all air filters
- Check refrigerant level
- Check airflow
- Check operation of thermostat and change batteries if needed
- Check all components of air handler and condenser and make sure all working within spec
- Check condensate drain line for blockage
- Up to two UV bulbs replacement (if due within 90 days, customer must purchase bulbs)

“Was a very good visit. Trenell was awesome. Friendly, personable, knowledgeable. I named him "Magic touch".😃 We had an issue with the heater on our Unit. A bad part caused a fuse to blow and disabled the Thermostat. Trenell fixed that. He discovered that our System Monitor had been disconnected when the new AC unit was installed. He fixed that, and installed new lights. Gave us good advice about AC filters.. He's a Senior Tech for a reason! Thank you for making our day.”

“We put in an emergency request last night, and nobody ever showed up. I will say I do believe there are multiple issues in communication from that alone as we had to call THEM at 130am to find out what happened. Despite this, we decided to give this company another chance and rescheduled for the morning (we had no other options at this point as we have a 6 month old baby and our air conditioning stopped working). Our technician was Andres and he was very pleasant and quick to find the issue. He was very open and honest and fixed our issue so fast and just like that we had cold air again (it was our capacitor). I probably wouldn't recommend the emergency after hours request to anyone on here but it was a pleasant experience with no BS, upselling, etc during normal business hours. Thanks again!!”

“Our AC broke in the morning. They arrived in the afternoon same day and repaired it. Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Will definitely be calling them back when I am ready to replace my AC unit.”
