Bottom line up front: I came away impressed by both the company and assigned technician. It’s refreshing to have a company do exactly what was promised and do it in a timely fashion. As for the technician, Chamseddine Benfarhat, my first words are “extremely professional.” He provided a detailed explanation of the tasks he was going to perform, then did it in a very thorough manner. Next, here’s what set this gentleman aside… his respect for my property and military service. While he under no obligation to recognize my 25 years of service, Mr Benfarhat did so in a most honorable way. I appreciated that along with his comprehensive wrap-up of the work he completed.- E. Technician Imed came first thing in the morning to diagnose the issue with my AC. Very polite and very informative telling me what was wrong, why it happened and how it was fixed. Techs were on time and immediately went to work. They worked quietly around my elderly mom, who was sleeping in her recliner in front of the TV. Last fall Tech Warnery was here for semi annual service, and explained the advantages of replacing the heating element unit in my eleven year old unit that the warranty on parts had recently expired! We replaced it and the winter was great, no worries and great performance. Today, Andrew was here for semi-annual service, "on time", did a great job updating everything, along with photos of everything. I am to receive a copy of same via email. The work area was left clean & neat and service programs thoroughly explained, Gladiator was purchased.- William Boyd Tampa, FL

Fantastic customer service from beginning to end!! My air conditioner was out and I have to say I wasn’t a happy camper. I was hot and miserable! Even though I might have been a little stressed and very direct, the woman that answered the phone was considerate to my situation (also VERY friendly). I booked an appointment and expected to wait all day (from past experiences with other companies) but to my surprise, they came out about two hours after booking the call. The technician that came was clean, professional and courteous. My a/c was up and running in no time! He also threw out my garbage. Now that’s what I call OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will definitely refer my friends and family to One Hour Air! Thanks, guys!
