"What an awesome experience after not having air all day with some miscommunication with the "overflow service" who for some reason didn't contact the technician. I called 4 times during the day because I had an appt set up for 10-2 time frame for a technician to be here, but with the miscommunication it didn't get relayed to the technician on duty for some reason. I spoke to Kyle (after I called for the 5th time) who did all he could do to figure out what happened and was very helpful in getting a tech to my house, before I hung up with him, the technician was calling me with a time that he'd be here. Scott Beverly was the tech that came here, he was so professional, courteous, friendly and explained everything that had happened with my thermostat. It was so nice to have a technician that came in with a smile on his face and even put up with my 4 dogs. He even tolerated our yr old puppy Murphy (yes Murphy again,lol) who kept jumping on him trying to get him to play. I am so grateful that Scott got our air up and running after it being 86° in the house all day. Thank you Scott for your professionalism, and being so friendly and putting up with barking dogs and jumpy Murphy! LoL Also, thank you to Kyle for getting down to whatever happened with our original appointment. To the owner of one hour air, you hired a wonderful, knowledgeable and caring technician named Scott Beverly and you are lucky to have him working for your company. Just know we were so thankful that he came after hours to make things right. Thanks again Scott for coming here with a smile on your face and thank you for fixing our air problem. So very thankful A repeat customer Paula Girard/Greg Powers And 4 furry kids Murphy🐾, Hope🐾, Domino🐾 & Dakotah🐾!!"

"I had another AC company out yesterday and they were supposed to do maintenance on my unit. 24 hrs later my unit was not cooling after paying $762 for their visit. They also couldn’t get me in until sometime tomorrow. So I called One Hour air and they were here within about 45 mins. He evaluated what the company did yesterday and made adjustments and Adam was great and kind and was even working with dodging a huge thunderstorm that rolled in. I even signed up for the monthly program as clearly they care about their quality and their work. Thank you to One Hour Air for saving me from having to take a day off work and leave my dogs in a hot house."

"Steve Rogers, One Hour Technician, communicated time of arrival and introduced himself upon arrival. Quick explanation of issue and he dove right into system checks. Explained along the way what he was doing and his findings. Performed the dye checks for system. Imminent repairs to correct part failure on system."

"Adam checked and tested both of my systems to include outside units, air handlers, thermostats, and all drainage and connections. He was very efficient and thorough. He explained all the issues he found and outlined multiple servicing options to fit my time and budget. I highly recommend Adam Creamer and give him an exceptional rating. Adam Returns!! Came back today and completed all the repairs we had previously discussed. Exceptional job. He has my highest recommendation."
