“Julian Serrano was a consummate professional. I had such a great experience with one hour air-conditioning and heating, and him in particular. He was knowledgeable, articulate, and empathetic of my situation; having to fix things I’ve never fixed in my life, after my father‘s passing. He explained things in detail, made everything easy to understand, took time and care to make sure I was in satisfied, and got everything that I needed. He me appropriate discounts, and a six page invoice, explaining everything that was done in depth; also itemized. He provided pictures of what was being worked on, and potential concerns for future maintenance visits. He went over and beyond, and helped me with a couple other things in the backyard, nearby the unit, which is pretty much unheard of. If you want a holistic human, who gets the job done, with his heart and soul also in it, and who cares about the people he services, that’s Julian Serrano. I will keep him as my technician as long as I can. The wonderful technology that this company has is what drew me to begin with; being able to look at my calendar, and book my own appointment online, instead of with someone I didn’t know. And now that I do know Julian, he made our next appointment for the first maintenance. He also helped me extend the life of my air conditioning, which was crucial in the situation. “AC Technician RJ came to inspect our ac unit due to our neighbors losing their house to a massive fire. He was very polite and professional yet considerate when explaining about our ac system. You could tell he knew his business as he explained everything to us. He made us feel comfortable and we'll informed before he left. We'd recommend him to anyone that needs his service!
