"Renu was so knowledgeable and friendly! He went above and beyond to double check everything before leaving and thankfully he did, he found a large clog in addition to the faulty part. He spent over an hour making sure everything was cleared and running properly. He was very diligent in cleaning up before leaving. We are finally starting to cool down! I will definitely be recommending 1hr Air to all my friends, family, and neighbors! They have been nothing short of excellent in communication, thoroughness, and knowledge. 10/10 highly recommend!"

"Andres was so professional and timely. He had to come out at 9:30pm to fix my air in my condo. He was able to troubleshoot the issue, offer a fair price, and fix it quickly. Thank you so much for great service and a friendly and knowledgeable technician. Also the representative that answered my initial call setup the appointment very fast and gave me an estimate and arrival time within a few minutes."

"What an awesome experience after not having air all day with some miscommunication with the "overflow service" who for some reason didn't contact the technician. I called 4 times during the day because I had an appt set up for 10-2 time frame for a technician to be here, but with the miscommunication it didn't get relayed to the technician on duty for some reason. I spoke to Kyle (after I called for the 5th time) who did all he could do to figure out what happened and was very helpful in getting a tech to my house, before I hung up with him, the technician was calling me with a time that he'd be here. Scott Beverly was the tech that came here, he was so professional, courteous, friendly and explained everything that had happened with my thermostat. It was so nice to have a technician that came in with a smile on his face and even put up with my 4 dogs. He even tolerated our yr old puppy Murphy (yes Murphy again,lol) who kept jumping on him trying to get him to play. I am so grateful that Scott got our air up and running after it being 86° in the house all day. Thank you Scott for your professionalism, and being so friendly and putting up with barking dogs and jumpy Murphy! LoL Also, thank you to Kyle for getting down to whatever happened with our original appointment. To the owner of one hour air, you hired a wonderful, knowledgeable and caring technician named Scott Beverly and you are lucky to have him working for your company. Just know we were so thankful that he came after hours to make things right. Thanks again Scott for coming here with a smile on your face and thank you for fixing our air problem. "My AC went out after Milton. I was able to schedule an appointment within one day. Renu was my technician and he was awesome and very kind. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly, and he fixed it quickly (took a little over 2 hours). I liked the service so much that I purchased a maintenance plan. Thank you One Hour AC & Heat!"

"We had a great service experience. Adam came out and did a great job. When he arrived he politely introduced himself, put shoe covers on without us even having to ask, went through the house to the A/C unit and got to work immediately. He had it working within thirty minutes."
