“My AC died, I called One Hour. Esmix came out and diagnosed...same day!! I opted to buy a new unit, and Bobby came out and explained all my options...same day!! These guys installed the new unit the next morning. Very professional, knowledgeable and fast. I want to give total kudos to Bobby who stayed in contact through the entire process. He contacted Mister Sparky to follow up with inspecting the breaker box and a couple small repairs. He immediately responded to all my texts...and I seriouly mean IMMEDIATELY. “Ray and Jay were fantastic , came out time and very efficient with their work. They took the time to explain everything that was done and helped us set up the new thermostat! “We had a great experience with One hour, austin and his coworker that i wish i could remember his name are great guys very professional and honest, so living in florida the single most important thing in a home is air conditioning, and our hvac system was getting old and I knew the day would come for a new unit. I called and they came out the same day to look if it could be repaired and unfortunately the repair was not worth doing. Instead of dumping money into an old outdated unit that's going to break down for good any day, we got a quote for a new unit that same day and approved with great financing options and the warranties they offer are great and that's what makes everything worth doing, within 24 hours the very next day by noon we had a brand new unit and duct work completely done by two respectable pro installers ariel and javiel. its worth mentioning It was 103 degrees real feel today so I recommend always offer drinks and tip these guys for working hard in this heat. “Our experience with Stephen was great. He arrived before the expected arrival time and arrived in company uniform with name tag that matched his picture that he sent via text link prior to his arrival. Upon arrival to our home, he put on shoe covers, introduced himself, pointed to his badge and explained why he was here. He thoroughly explained what he did and why and the different cost options; he even found a military discount because my husband is a veteran.
