"We needed to replace both of our AC units before the start of summer. I met Gus when he was doing a service call for a friend and based on his professionalism decided to ask Superior One Hour for a bid on our project. Gus listened to our needs, assessed our current system, and provided us with several replacement options. We chose One Hour out of seven bids because of Gus and his team. When you spend nearly $30K you are buying more than a set of air conditioners; you’re buying a relationship. Our install was done the day after we signed. The weather was horrible, rain and hail and cold. But Nick, Evan, and Jose were amazing. They took out our old units and put in the new ones making sure to not track dirts and mud through our house. They explained clearly everything they were doing. And explained how the system worked before they left. It was a crummy day and they remained good humored the whole time. Look at the picture of Nick figuring out how to get the new compressors through our flooded back gate. And the removal of our old ones. Great team and a great company!"

"Really great experience with this company. They were responsive. I was concerned it’d be hot before we could get the repair complete, but Brittany who I believe works the service desk helped get me immediate help since our AC went out. Ethan Jennings was the tech who came out. Very kind and explained a lot of things to me in regards to what the issue may have been. He was open and honest which is always appreciated. He stayed to do our repair the first day for a few hours, but he needed to return the following day to replace specific parts needed for my unit. The following day he did the repair quickly and efficiently.
