Our air conditioner blew randomly today. Made calls to all the big names and was told it would be 2 days before anyone could come out. My husband is a heart patient and is greatly impacted by heat. There is a reason this place has great reviews. One call, and Jordan was not only empathetic but extremely professional and friendly(later found out he's the owner). Amazing customer service right from the start. He got a tech dispatched immediately! Within about an hour or so, Colbie made it onsite, diagnosed, and fixed our issue. He was very very professional and had a great demeanor (he also knows his stuff). Even our kittens took a liking to him. He stayed until after 10pm until everything was fixed and had a fantastic attitude even after spending 2 hours in a hot attic. Amazing service...excellent results. Would absolutely recommend!!! Should anything happen in the future, these guys will be my first call!
Absolutely awesome service provided! The technician Daphne was absolutely knowledgeable and she was thorough. She answered all my questions and provided me with documentation and photos so that I could see the issues. Daphne made this home owner comfortable and she made me feel at ease. Previous to Daphne coming to my home I had a sleepless night because my AC was having an issue and me being apprehensive and nervous about the work that would need to be performed and let’s just say it, having someone who would be honest come to my home was nerve racking. My number one concern was someone recommending work that was not needed. Daphne was absolutely honest she told me the issues and she provided proof. She even encouraged me to reach out to original AC company that installed my AC split unit to inquire about the warranty because my AC was only 4 years old. She informed me I should have a 10 year warranty. She was spot on. I will be using One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning services for the twice a year cleaning and maintenance. We have had many air-conditioning companies service our home and our rental units over the years, but ONE HOUR HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING -WEST VALLEY has been the best by far we have ever had. Our home A/C has been serviced separately by both Daphne and Cory. Both were professional, knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done. They arrived on time, worked carefully, and made sure everything was running perfectly before they left. What really stood out was how thorough and respectful each one was. They did not try to upsell us or rush through the job like other companies have in the past. They clearly take pride in their work, and it shows. We are also working with the owner, Jordan and his wife Brittney to setup a long-term maintenance schedule for our rental units. We have tried for several years to set up a similar program with other companies, but it ended in being more work for us and ultimately easier just to handle it ourselves. Jordan worked out a schedule where his company will be handling every detail for us. We do not have to worry about our tenants or scheduling they will handle everything including emergencies if needed. Our air conditioner is working better than it ever has, and we finally feel confident that the job was done right. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing AC service.
