We have had many air-conditioning companies service our home and our rental units over the years, but ONE HOUR HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING -WEST VALLEY has been the best by far we have ever had. Our home A/C has been serviced separately by both Daphne and Cory. Both were professional, knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done. They arrived on time, worked carefully, and made sure everything was running perfectly before they left. What really stood out was how thorough and respectful each one was. They did not try to upsell us or rush through the job like other companies have in the past. They clearly take pride in their work, and it shows. We are also working with the owner, Jordan and his wife Brittney to setup a long-term maintenance schedule for our rental units. We have tried for several years to set up a similar program with other companies, but it ended in being more work for us and ultimately easier just to handle it ourselves. We do not have to worry about our tenants or scheduling they will handle everything including emergencies if needed. Daphne was extremely excellent. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. We had another company come in to replace our fan motor and unfortunately put the wrong motor in. Daphne done her best to fix their mistake but I needed to proceed with the other company to have them fix their mistake of the problem they caused. But I was totally impressed with Daphne. She was Great and such a sweet and caring person!! She didn’t even charge me a service call because of all troubles we were having with the other company. Which by the way the other company did fix their mistake the problem they caused and we now have air conditioning again. Thx God!!
