“Came home from a weeklong trip the end of June around 4:30pm on a Friday and my house was a hot box! I called One Hour and they said someone could be there in about 2 hours. I received a call from Ryan about 45 minutes later saying he was on his way. He was here about 30 minutes and when he left, it was blowing cold air. About 3 hours later, it started pushing hot air again (not Ryan's fault at all) so I called again and he came first thing the next morning to troubleshoot a couple other options. He said it was a faulty switch and replaced it. He never tried to sell me anything I didn't need or make me feel stupid for not knowing what to do. He left that Saturday morning and it was working fine. He called back Saturday evening to ensure it was still doing its job, which it was. He even called again on Sunday to make sure it was still working. Fantastic customer service!”
