“Great great great experience with 1 Hour AC. Started with the women who answered the phones (I had to call 2x which was my fault). Both were extremely pleasant, excellent communicators. I called at 7:30am and my tech, Deangelo, was here before 8:30am. What a very nice, competent young man. Did everything he said he was going to expediently. Didn’t try to hustle me into this or that. Diagnosed the problem, got a quote, fixed the problem and cool air started flowing. I’ve had so many negative experiences trying out different providers, but 1HrAC just knocked it out of the park. I like this experience so much I signed a maintenance contract with them. If your AC is out, I would recommend giving them a call. If you can get Deangelo, you’re definitely in good hands!”

“My AC system wasn’t cooling so I called One Hour Heating & AC. They sent Johnny R. out this morning and he confirmed what I pretty much already suspected, it was done. My system is 22 years old so it was no real surprise. What did surprise me is the time and effort Johnny R spent making sure that was indeed the case. He didn’t just automatically say that I needed a new system, he checked everything. I was also surprised at how reasonable the price was, much lower than I expected. I was also shocked at how fast they could replace it, they will be here tomorrow. I am very pleased with the service I received from One Hour Heating & AC and especially the service I got from Johnny R.”

“Met Mark Allen first time in person Prior contact has been by phone .. First impression are important‼️ Mark was Neat and Very Professional in his greeting and I felt like I could trust him after just a few minutes of conversation.. He gave me feedback on his inspection and assessment of my 16 year old unit which was installed by your company.. After getting the cost to repair and looking at condition and age of my unit I have decided to replace rather than repair. . Mark was very HELPFUL in making this important business decision.. “Steven Starkey came out to service our furnace before the winter sets in and did an excellent job. He was prompt, courteous, and patient with my puppy that just wanted to play with him. He advised on potential upgrades to our hvac system and I will gladly reach back out to him in the spring when we’re ready to make those upgrades!”

“We had purchased a Mrcool Heat pump System that is supposed to be DIY friendly. Needless to say, it was NOT. And Mrcool was not interesed in helping us. We had to hire a local HVAC and we had Logan as our technician. He came out on time and worked on fixing the poor factory design and got it running for us.”

“We purchased a 105 yr. Old house. The heater motor was held up with a brick. The A/C unit had a toothpick holding the contact open, so it ran non-stop. I called Pass One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning to get an estimate on Monday. On Tuesday Ricky came to look over our heater and a/c. After speaking to him, we realized he knew what he was talking about. My husband recently retired as a Master Electrician and in the A/C & Heating industry for 30 yrs. Ricky made sure we got exactly what we asked for and wanted. We agreed on a 60k BTU Heater and a 2.5 ton A/C Unit. On the following Monday at 8:30a.m. A crew of 4 showed up. Chris and Jacob and the two apprentices were clean cut, polite and even personable. They worked consistently to get that old dinosaur out and get the New Heater in. The whole while the guy outside installed the A/C unit. The whole crew constantly picked up all debris and old parts. By the time they were done at 3:30 p.m. the place was clean, even out in the yard at the a/c unit. All picked up. They were the most courteous and professional men that we have dealt with here in West Frankfort. We highly recommend Pass One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. They weren't the cheapest. But by far the Best. 5 Stars all the way. Thank you Mr. & Mrs Staffey”
