“River City’s One Hour A/C is quick and professional. Bobby explained what potential problems could develop if the system is not replaced. One Hour came out quickly and checked out my system. My problem was fixed, but Bobby told me about future problems that will occur if the unit is not replaced. He responded faster than expected. I was very impressed! The problem that I had today was corrected by replacing a relay board. The old board was melted because it got so hot as seen in the pictures. The last picture shows the new one still in the packaging. Thank you, Bobby. My birthday turned out nice after all.”

“Johnny came out to my house on a weekend call out. My upstairs was cooking! Educated me about my system, went over my options and made some recommendations. Front-sided things appropriately to set fair expectations. He was friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. I’d call him to come work on my mom’s house and I think that says just about all that’s needed.”
