“Jeff Brownstein showed up at the appointed time and after explaining what the issues are with the thermostat he was able to pinpoint the problem very quickly and resolve the issue for me. He carefully explained that somehow the "programable" feature was activated and, with my permission, deleted this option from the thermostat. He updated the date/time and also the time span for notifications of setting a service call as I regularly schedule the Spring and Fall inspection service, part of my Club Membership. have been a satisfied customer of One Hour Heating and AC for 31 years!!”

“Brody Sheridan came out to my house Tuesday 6/3. Brody was very professional, as soon as he stepped into my house he put his booties on to protect my flooring. He went straight to the air conditioning system and found the issue. He explained everything in great detail and made me feel secure in my decision of having further work done!”

“One Hour was able to give me same day service to repair my broken A/C. Temps in my house were creeping over 80 degrees at the time, and other companies were booked up till the following week. The receptionist/call taker was friendly, and technician Luke Brigham responded to my house that afternoon. Luke was informative, he completed the work quickly, and the price was fair. One Hour provides an itemized list of the costs for the services in a tiered format, so there are no surprises. Luke also showed me the faulty parts that were replaced. He disassembled one of the parts in front of me to show the component that was burning out. Overall great experience. Would definitely recommend.”

“Cody was amazing, my AC wasn’t blowing cold air and Cody was able to quick to identify the problem and get it fixed. I was pretty scared since my AC unit had never had any issues and I don’t know anything about the workings of the unit. Cody was great at explaining what needed to be done going in depth into the different parts of the process. Also, took a look at everything else on the unit since I was nervous that something else may go wrong. Service was so great I signed up for their yearly maintenance plan. Definitely recommend!”
