“We had our heating system stop working during the extreme snow storm, and this company responded quickly. Joe Bonness, who is an expert technician arrived on time, diagnosed the issue fast, and fixed it efficiently. He explained everything clearly and made sure the heat was working perfectly before leaving, even though it was late around midnight. We are very grateful for the quick and professional service during such freezing weather. Highly recommend their service!”

I called because my unit went out early Sunday morning, they came out that day, did the repairs and a full service to get my unit up and running the way it should be, my a/c never blew this cool since I first got the unit! “Joseph was personable, professional and efficient. You have a good guy on your team. I have not had many good experiences with One Hour with not getting a call back and waiting long periods of time to get answers for service, etc. that’s why I’m no longer a member but having to get my filter for my furnace only through one hour I had no choice. Joseph was refreshing change.”

“Anthony was great and was a pleasure to be around. He has a great disposition and even helped me fix a door I was working on! He identified an issue with our unit that was costing us a ton of money each month and fixed it. Apparently, our heat pump had never been programmed to work which was installed by another company.”

The unit was installed. Chris did an excellent job with the installation Making sure every thing was up and running before they left. “My A/C went out on a Thursday night. I called in Friday morning to schedule an appointment with One Hour. Brandon arrived Friday afternoon to assess and give me several options. He explained each one in detail and didn't push me in my decision making. Keep in mind, my heating and cooling unit was 26 years old. I decided to go with the best option available, especially since they offered payment plans. Saturday morning, bright and early, Cameron and Sedric arrived. Without hesitation, they got straight to work, removing my old units, cleaning all my duct work (which has never been done) and prepping for the new units going in. Sedric and Cameron put me at ease with their professional approach and attitude during the entire job. After working tirelessly all day, I now have a brand new, updated, top of the line heating and cooling system, with a great warranty and a piece of mind. I can't thank these guys enough for their knowledge, professionalism and respect for my home. Thank you One Hour and especially Brandon, Sedric and Cameron for a job well done!”
