“There were a total of 12 emoloyees involved in our Install al the way diwn to the vent cleaning. Every employee was professional did excellent work. Chris and the crew were very efficiant and did an excellent job. Our old air conditioner was 45 years old. He brought everything up to code, with the new system. Jeremy was also very professional. He explained all of our options and even stepped outside while we decided. He did not push oush us one way or the other. Both Jeremy and Drew impressed us. Drew was very professional and thorough. He explained things to where we could understand them. After 4 different companies, we finally found the right one.”

I’m knowledgeable of HVAC systems and knew what the issue was before they did the repair, which was the evaporator coil developed a crack and needed to be replace. I found them to be very knowledgable, transparent and honest with the work that was needed to be done. I had a bad experience with a different HVAC repair company about a year ago, so I was paying extra attention to the repair men and the work and I can say without a doubt they exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely use them again if I have a problem.”

“Matt with McCarthy's did a fantastic job.I normally do not leave reviews but Matt was wonderful to work with. He was on time, professional, and friendly. He let me know what was wrong and was able to do the repair around our busy schedilule. He made some recommendations but didn't try to pressure me into anything extra. I really appreciate the level of service we receive everytime McCarthy's comes to do yearly maintenance too. I highly recommend their services.”
