“My thermostat was blank all of a sudden two days ago and checking breaker didn’t work and checked if battery operated and was not so I called One Hour Heating and Cooling to have serviced. Dave came this morning and was very thorough on what my AC unit needed to run again and gave lots of options on what to do to help maintain the unit long term vs bare minimum work to get running today and we found a happy medium in between based on my finances at the moment and aspects he thought were most important. I will likely have them back out again to finish installing the rest of the equipment he mentioned to help protect the unit once able to do so financially and was grateful he was able to work with me and did not feel pressured. Thanks for your help! Had them out again for just routine maintenance as I had signed up for a package last visit when we had our initial issue for them to come check over system every so often and see if anything wrong. Cameron did a good job explaining what he found and measures needed to get it back to top quality. Luckily only needed one part replaced that was 8yr old and did not have proper energy output level. He was polite and thorough and got the job done quickly. Would not let me do two reviews likely because service was so close together so just added to original post.”

“River City’s One Hour A/C is quick and professional. Bobby explained what potential problems could develop if the system is not replaced. One Hour came out quickly and checked out my system. My problem was fixed, but Bobby told me about future problems that will occur if the unit is not replaced. He responded faster than expected. I was very impressed! The problem that I had today was corrected by replacing a relay board. The old board was melted because it got so hot as seen in the pictures. The last picture shows the new one still in the packaging. Thank you, Bobby. My birthday turned out nice after all.”
