His attention to detail was top-notch; he even spotted a subtle leak that could have turned into a bigger problem down the line. During the inspection, Steven recommended installing a new toilet to improve efficiency and prevent future clogs, and his clear reasoning made total sense. I'm already planning to have him back soon to replace our downstairs bathtub—his expertise gives me full confidence it'll go smoothly. “Craig was very polite and helpful.Explained the basics to me Was honest. I also dealt with an electrician from this place which I can't remember his name.He was at my house a couple times too, but he was also very, very polite, helpful and again explained, so I could understand what was going on.... So far, the employees at this company are very professional, polite and take time to explain things... To some get up, I believe this company has great employees and morals to do the right thing, backed by the company...”

“A team of 5 came and cleaned my air ducts, installed an air sanitizer, worked on heat/air unit. These gentlemen were so kind and professional. Each one introduced themselves to me. Continually asked, if I had questions, and explained the work that was done. The team were: Steven, Brayan, Rolando, Salvatore and Da'mond. EXTREMELY impressed with this team; especially that each one introduced themselves to me. They do INCREDIBLE work. I thought the work would take all day but only took a couple of hours. I highly RECOMMEND them. Thank you to the AWESOME Team!!!”

“Above and Beyond is the review I can give. Dale was on time, thorough, detail oriented and clear in his explanations. He showed us our options and always maintained professionalism. We are going to balance our options and decide what steps to follow but we feel calm and happy with the service provided. Also the team was always willing to help and easy to reach. Pricing is worthy. I would not say expensive neither cheap, is about right and what it is fair with the quality of work provided. Totally recommended, we also schedule a safety electrical inspection that we were looking for and he helped us with the call to the team that will reach the partner company of licensed electricians to do it.”
