“During the holiday season we noticed a horrible smell seemingly coming from our basement. I called a plumber, an HVAC tech and an exterminator to no avail. I gave one hour heating a call purely out of desperation. Tyler came! He was professional, polite and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond by not only finding the issue but by potentially saving our lives. Unknown to us, a squirrel had fallen into our chimney and made it all the way into the basement through the hot water heater's exhaust pipe which was causing carbon monoxide to be leaked throughout my home.
