“My heat was off at my property. I called Aspen, and they sent out Bill on Wednesday Nov 27 2025 on the day before thanksgiving. Bill detected the problem right away. He left and picked up the part, and then quickly installed the part and got my heat back on again less than 2 1/2 hours after he arrived. Outstanding Service.”

“I have had a rough experience with One Hour Air. I must say Sachen the sales person was by my side and advocating for me consistently. Dennis the manager was of little help. After dealing with multiple technicians and frustrations and nearly being overcharged for a service to fix my brand-new AC unit, Michael Sergent the director of sales and Jessie Lindsey restored my trust. Michael made sure everything would be fixed without additional cost and Jessie was prompt, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained what was going on and his professionalism and integrity made all the difference. Exceptional service. A big shout out to Sachen, Michael and Jessie. Excellent service!”

“Corvin at HQ was extremely helpful and considerate when listening to what I needed and scheduling an appointment. He really made me feel confident that I could get an honest and experienced technician to help me with my problem which was quite complicated. The tech came on schedule. His name was C.C. he was extremely knowledgeable and experienced, he took his time carefully diagnosing my issue and was really easy going. After troubleshooting for several hours he finally figured out the problem and gave me a fair price for the part needed. I couldn't be happier with this company. “I am so beyond thankful and very pleased with Sam’s work! Very easy to get ahold of someone and fast response! Sam arrived quickly after we reached out and went straight to work! He spotted the problem and walked us through our options! He quickly fixed the problem and was on his way!!! “Josh from One Hour did a great job today. He cleaned my coils, made sure all systems were operating properly, set my Humidifier up (new system for us so we didn't know how to turn it on), inspected the outside compressor, and answered my many questions. I will definitely request Josh for my next scheduled visit!”

“One Hour has serviced our HVAC system for a number of years and our experience with the company has been excellent. Each of the many technicians has been professional, knowledgable, respectful, and always clearly explains everything thoroughly. We also recently had our old HVAC system replaced by One Hour and can’t say enough of how well it went. Tristen was superb and walked us through various options, asking good questions to help justify our decisions on the right components for our needs, and without any pressure. Kirby led the team on the installation. He was fantastic, kept us well informed of everything from beginning to end, and made sure to engage us on any decisions or questions. The new system works great and even has a few extra features that make it easy to use and ensures our comfort all day, every day. We couldn’t be more pleased with the end result!”
