“Tony, from One Hour Heating and AC, was very professional and worked through the issue with our heater all while explaining each step he took. The problem was a small piece of a safety switch which was bad. (I know nothing of how it works) Truly something others had missed or not tried. He came on a Sunday and we are expecting freeze temps tonight and are super grateful for his experience. Thank you!!!”

“I called this company and it's true, the technician Justin was here in like 20 minutes. Justin the technician was absolutely great. He is friendly, professional and has excellent customer service. He answered all our questions, and is very articulate and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and fix our central air-conditioning unit quickly and efficiently. It had built up gunk in the water reservoir and also some of the pipes where the water should be flowing, he cleaned out everything and suggested a filter to help prevent this from happening again. We bought one from him. ( at a very reasonable price). I will be using this company from now on. I highly recommend them. The customer service lady was also very friendly and helpful. “One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating did a fantastic job getting us a new AC the next day after our compressor failed. They also cared enough to provide us with a portable unit to get us through the night! They are all professional, respectful of your property, and worked tirelessly to get the job done in a timely manner. Very happy with their work! “Daryl came out to our home to fix our furnace that wasn’t working. With 30° nights setting in, I was really worried about staying warm and keeping our animals comfortable. Daryl was honest and upfront, explaining that a part would need to be ordered, and he was so respectful throughout the visit. I truly appreciated his help and professionalism. I highly recommend Aspen—they’ve been wonderful to work with, and I love that they send a text with a picture and details of the technician before they arrive. “This is the first time I've left a review for anything. The only reason I'm doing it now is because I feel like it's worth it. I'm in Robeson county in north carolina. I started having problems with my 13 year old ac unit about a year ago. I reached out to Simmions one hour heating and air and have been very satisfied. I spoke with Courtney on the phone she handled my scheduling and kept me informed of any changes that would happen. Ryan was my technician. He did the job in a timely manner and was very informative cause trust me I had plenty of questions. That is what lead me to speaking with Daniel about a quote for a new unit. He was very professional and sold me on the decision of a new unit without being pushy and forced into having to make a decision right a way.I can't speak on the other employee's of this company or other people's experiences, but I can say it's because of these three employee's I will be staying with Simmons one hour heating and air for all my future ac needs.”
