We had an unexpectedly stressful situation where we needed to replace our HVAC system, and One Hour Heating & Cooling was one of several companies we contacted for an estimate. 1) When our air conditioner failed after hours, we actually reached a real person who scheduled our repairs for the next day. 2) Greg Nieves was the expert who arrived, and we were immediately impressed with his reliability, knowledge, and efficiency. He knew what he was doing, quickly gained our trust, and guided us to the best option. When one finds integrity and pride in a job well done, it is important to acknowledge that. We didn't know about One-Hour before yesterday, are well satisfied and have now become a regular client.
Zo was fantastic! He came to my home to diagnose an issue with my AC and immediately impressed me with his knowledge, professionalism and decades of experience. He arrived prepared with the right tools, took the time to explain what was happening and helped me understand the different options available. Most importantly, he genuinely cared about finding the right solution for both my needs and my budget rather than simply pushing the most expensive option.
