“Ronald walker did my annual inspection today and I was pleased with his service. I did ask to have the filter in the dehumidifier changed and was told it was fine, I’m only concerned because I’ve been told in the past it needs to be changed annually. Also, it seems to run a lot and filters are important. Ronald and his assistant both were very polite and professional and answered all my questions.”

OneHour technician diagnosed the issue, and rather than just making a potentially expensive repair, he recommended working with the original installer under warranty to save me money. I appreciate OneHour’s prompt appointments and honesty. The other company is scheduling 4 days out, but at least we’ll have a second opinion and potential savings.”

He explained everything clearly and was patient as I asked all of my follow up questions. He was able to present me with different options and again was very patient as I again asked many follow up questions.
