I would 100% recommend One Hour air-conditioning and heating. It didn’t hurt that Chris went to high school with my daughter. But what I was really impressed about was the level of detail in how he explained to me what exactly was going to be done. And I was very impressed with the fact that One Hour does not reuse certain parts that almost everything essentially is going to be new. This has been stressful, but I am 100% sure I made the right decision. And the guy that came to my house had 30+ years of experience and were extremely professional. They cleaned up way better than I would’ve expected. Thank you, One Hour.

Mark and his crew replaced two oil furnaces + control boards. They did a very nice job. Crew were clean and neat. Mark is responsive /prompt and will go the extra yard to do a good job. Excellent upfront/fair pricing. Will use again in the future
Adding to my positive comments regarding my recent One Hour furnace-installation experience: Odunayo Titunyemi and his team including Keelan Stewart and Thomas were spectacular! They worked carefully, efficently and steadily without so much as taking a break until the job was sucessfully completed. Their work ethic and professionalism exceeded my expectations. If you need a new furnace, I urge you to call One Hour; you are in good hands with Odu, Keelan and Thomas. My new furnace is working beautifully. Kyle and Jeff helped us to make an informed decision about furnace replacement. He was patient, supportive and guided us through the process in a trustworthy, reliable manner - working with his team to coordinate immediate plans to replace our furnace with a quality product (at a very reasonable, competitive price) in an extremely timely manner. I would recommend Kyle, Jeff and the One Hour family every time! That's why I have stayed with them for over 20 years.
This company installed two HVAC systems a while back in my home. My basement furnace would not start up, and a service call was set up. The service technician found that the induction motor was bound up and got it working but was loud. The part was ordered under warranty and was replaced with no labor charges based on some Cust. Sat. issues that I had. It was 8 plus years old. I appreciate the company working with me on that with no charge for the labor to T/S this and replace the part. Both techs. were very professional and did a good job.
