“My 85-year old in-laws’ furnace broke down on a cold fall night. Chris and Mike K. made a special trip to get a new motherboard, then stayed until 6:00 PM on a Friday night to ensure that their HVAC system was up and running (it was under warranty). Most importantly, they answered their questions with patience and kindness. They were personable and knowledgeable when explaining their work to them. I feel like my in-laws could confidently call Chris and Mike K for any future maintenance and repairs.”

“Thermostat popped up with a “PIN NUMBER” to activate before the system would even begin to work. I was NEVER given a PIN# for anything! Never happened before, so they sent a tech out the next day to fix it, even though they offered to send someone out that same night (8-9)pm! NOT a bit necessary, but was very nice to offer!!! It was fixed and PIN# was cleared up the very next day with no problems or completely NO CHARGE to me whatsoever, since I’m still under the contract warranty. My purchase was only 1 1/2 years ago. Therefore I was VERY impressed and VERY HAPPY to see how awesome they were at trying to fix this little issue so promptly for me! I have absolutely been so impressed with EVERY ASPECT of this company from purchase to repair! I will always recommend this ONE HOUR A/C & HEAT CO. TO EVERYONE!! Excellent service from everything you can imagine, including their Customer Service, which is so awesome. I will NEVER have any other HVAC Co to help me. I’m a FOREVER Customer!!😊”

Made a bet with me as well saying that if the problem wasn't electrical or something they would come back and do everything free of charge. Told me to keep my side and leave a 5 start review. They were fast and quick giving me additional help and contact and fast with assessing the situation. They came fast to the house too, and they seem to really know there stuff specially esfan. and Chris had that charm reassurance with how he worked. Good company good workers.”
