“When our upstairs air conditioning stopped working, I immediately called One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Atlanta and I'm so very glad I did. Their technician, Justin Smith, took only a few minutes to figure out that we had blown a capacitor. After installing a new one, our air was working again in no time at all. We were so impressed that we signed up for their maintenance plan too. Twice a year, One Hour Heating & Air will send out a technician to make sure our HVAC system is working optimally and the price is more than reasonable. It was truly a no brainer. We're very grateful for One Hour Heating & Air but, moreso, for Justin's expertise and friendly disposition. 5 stars!”

“A few weeks back we had Seigert One Hour replace our upstairs AC unit and duct work in our attic and install a mini split system in our garage. They were excellent! The crew arrived on time and were extremely professional and courteous. They also completed each job in one day and did a great job of cleaning up any mess they made. “They are expensive. They charge upfront pricing but are able to use different programs to get the best deal possible.lt started out with a pre-,charge for coming out and looking, but if you book them to do the repair that fee is rolled into the job fee. After some discussion the price came down to closer to what when could do. With help from our son. The job was done, the water is back on in the middle of nowhere, and I could flush the toilet again. The repair looks great, and David was so kind and understanding about my situation. kinda funny tho that *David* was my best friends name in high school, and our youngest son, the one who helped, his name is Benjamin. Like the companies name Benjamin Franklin HVAC and Plumbing .Not cheap but fast, friendly, compassionate and professional. I really do feel the price was wayyyyy over priced. But it was unavoidable as it had to be fixed. So we worked on a price that makes us both ok, signed the work order, and it was done in less than 10 minutes. I am grateful that David was able to help us and no damage done to the well, pump, or hot water heater. So I can say "yes" about calling this group if anyone asks me for recommendations for a plumber. Even funnier? My nephew works for his son in law in plumbing right here in Wilkes County, NC. They would not have responded anywhere as quickly, if at all as they prefer not to work for family. This company treated me great. From the lady who took my call (Heather, the name of a niece lol) to the response time and job done I am pleased. A couple hundred dollars less in the bank, but my toilet flushes and with 5 people and 6 cats, that is vital lol. So thank you Heather, David, and Benjamin Franklin HVAC and Plumbing Co. I hope to not have to call you again but at least I have a company I know I can depend on and recommend with a clear conscience. Blessed Be, Mrs. Mickie Minton and family”
