“I’ve been a customer of One Hour for over 20 years and although I’ve always been satisfied with their response and their work, my latest experience was exceptional. The young man, his name is Jake, was sent to my home to check out my malfunctioning air conditioner. After an extensive inspection of the system, he informed me that I had a few choices and explained them in detail. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very personable, giving me sufficient time to consider my choices. I will continue to be a customer of One Air and will definitely ask for Jake for my regular six months service calls.”

“My wife and I lost heat the week before Christmas. Our blower motor failed after 2 years. Noah not only had excellent customer service and communication…but also expert skills to educate me and complete the job. I was in talks with another CLT company for the same repair and after dealing with their sub par service, I reached out to One Hour to see if they wanted to take my business. I can’t speak for all One Hour techs, but Noah needs a little extra on his Christmas bonus for the solid work.”

“My AC system wasn’t cooling so I called One Hour Heating & AC. They sent Johnny R. out this morning and he confirmed what I pretty much already suspected, it was done. My system is 22 years old so it was no real surprise. What did surprise me is the time and effort Johnny R spent making sure that was indeed the case. He didn’t just automatically say that I needed a new system, he checked everything. I was also surprised at how reasonable the price was, much lower than I expected. I was also shocked at how fast they could replace it, they will be here tomorrow. I am very pleased with the service I received from One Hour Heating & AC and especially the service I got from Johnny R.”

“Made a service call for a breaker that kept tripping. Of course my unit started working without tripping, right before they showed up. Nonetheless, Russ came by for my service call, he was very professional and polite. Went above an beyond and did his due diligence to look over everything he could, check all connections and confirm proper power draws, and although nothing was found out of the ordinary, he still called me 2 times in the past week to follow up and make sure everything was still running smoothly. Great Service!”

“Brent and the team at Aspen One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning were terrific. Brent assessed my needs for a new gas forced air furnace. Brent recommended an Amana furnace which I really like. It heats up my house nicely and comes with a 10 year warranty. Jason installed additional ductwork and grilles in the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and basement. Now my new furnace is running super efficiently and the house is cozy warm! I also like Aspen’s annual maintenance program which will provide annual maintenance on my furnace every year in the fall and give me peace of mind that my heat exchanger does not have any rust and there are no carbon dioxide leaks.”
