From start to finish, the experience was amazing. I was needing a new HVAC unit as soon as possible, especially before the "snowstorm", called them to set up the appointment and the office manager came to my house the very next day. James S. is very detailed and hardworking HVAC Technician! He is very knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He answered all our questions and took pictures of our concerns and before and after his job. He was here working late last Wednesday before Thanksgiving but we have to have him do additional work today as he found more damaged ducts that the previous technician missed to address. So we decided to get James S. to do the whole ductwork repair and install. He is young but his work ethic is commendable! He is very courteous as well! Yesterday was the 3rd day for James S to finish up the job and I requested for him to have a helper. Duggan gave us Will L to assist. James S training Will produced a clean job. James and Will are respectful, well-mannered, and trustworthy young men and they know their jobs. We are breathing clean air now. Thank you very much James S. and Will L.
