“Bart Richards with One Hour did an amazing job. Called this morning and he was scheduled and out just a few hours after the call. He came in and quickly diagnosed the issue. He drew up an estimate and quickly got to work. After troubleshooting the issue, he then continued to check everything else on the unit and complete his service call. He was thorough, professional, and very kind. He explained everything clearly and as this isn’t my field of knowledge, he took the time to educate me on what happened, outcomes, and other troubleshoots for me to know if something arises. 100% using this company going forward for all our hvac needs.”

“You guys did an excellent job. My heat went out in the middle of the night and you were able to get here the same day to make sure it was back up and running. I was lucky and it only needed a reset and filter change. I was only charged for the technician inspection, super fair and super affordable. “My service technician, Bobby Pence, was right on time and very quick and thorough to determine the issue with our furnace. Our heat stopped working on what happened to be the coldest day of the winter and Bobby was able to get us back to a nice warm household within an hour. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and I would highly recommend Bobby to anyone. I know that, going forward. I’ll be calling Bobby for my regular air-conditioning and heater maintenance.”
