“Blake was very courteous and knowledgeable about my furnace. He was able to identify what was wrong and was able to show us and explain to us why the furnace was not working. Luckily for us it was a situation that he could address while he was at our home and did not need to go out for parts. We were so impressed with the quality and service of the visit that we signed a contract with the company for general maintenance and service.”

“Probably the best interaction I've had with a rep, Josh was great! He arrived earlier than anticipated, took the time to explain what was going on, showed us where the issue was, how it works so we understood how to avoid future issues and was able to get us back up and running. Josh showed us how we could benefit from some optional items and explained how it would be beneficial for longevity of our unit... essentially explained the value of the price. Josh shared some company history with us and the community they have at One Hour that really made me appreciate this company that much more. Josh was very personable, and very tolerant of my 12 year old's endless questions and crazy dogs.”

“I live out of state. I have a rental property that the ac wasn’t working freezing up and needing fixed asap. Arron was very helpful Getting all the information he needed to Send his ac tech Pedro out to the house and take care of AC. Keep me informed of everything he was doing and checking. AC working perfectly. I highly recommend one hour heating and air next time. I have any issues with my house in Texas or here in Georgia. They will be the first that I will call.”

“We had Isaiah come out for a AC check up and he was on time and very professional. He cleaned the coil and checked the whole unit and told us it was in fine working. It was nice to see a company being honest and not try to sell you something you didn’t need. Great company! Would highly recommend and will use again. Also, Brittney in the office was very kind and helpful. Overall nice people to work with.”
