The technician (Nicholas) communication skills along with his technical skills were outstanding. He was down to earth and I did not feel pressured to make a repair that was need. He provided an estimate to replace my 20 y/o units which I felt was reasonable compared to One Hours competition in the local area. I had a great experience with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. The schedulers were excellent in getting my elderly mom scheduled to have her A/C evaluated. It had suddenly stopped working and it was too hot to not have it working. The technician Joel assessed the problem and was able to get the A/C unit running again. Joel was amazing and he was so knowledgable. He even called me the next day to make sure that my mom remembered what he had taught her about using the new digital thermostat. I would definitely recommend this company without any reservations. They are top notch and very honest.
