“Bart Richards with One Hour did an amazing job. Called this morning and he was scheduled and out just a few hours after the call. He came in and quickly diagnosed the issue. He drew up an estimate and quickly got to work. After troubleshooting the issue, he then continued to check everything else on the unit and complete his service call. He was thorough, professional, and very kind.
