“Tony from One Hour Heating and Cooling came out for an emergency appointment on Saturday night for a leaking water heater. He was prompt and courteous and offered us options of trying to fix but with the 16 year old age of the water heater he also provided a quote for replacing. We opted to replace the unit and Tony came back to do the install. Due to unforeseen circumstances he had to stay longer than originally anticipated but at no time did he get frustrated or short tempered. He stayed all the way through the completion of the job, we did a walk through, and he cleaned up the working area. This is my second purchase from One Hour Heating and Air (we completed a HVAC replacement 4 years prior). I highly recommend the company and their installers.”
