“Dane was my technician and was excellent. My system is old and he wasn't going to let it defeat him. After an hour or so and tracing many wires, after checking the usual culprits, he found the black one had a couple of partial breaks causing my no heat issue. He made proper repairs, and because of the age of my system he also did a carbon monoxide check to make sure it was safe. I WOULD HIGHLY recommend this company. Very reasonably priced and quick to service. I called at 8:30 am and he was here by 10 am and I live way out in the country. Thank you One Hour for your prompt service and professionalism.”

“My furnace quit putting out heat on the coldest days of the season. Alya did an initial assessment and a new furnace was needed. He was informative, very helpful and went out of his way to provide great service. JP also helped in installing my furnace and I am truly grateful for him and his positive attitude. I noticed after the furnace was installed that the pilot light was out on my hot water tank. The next morning I called and spoke with Heather. She told me someone would be out the same day and sure enough Dane came out to light the pilot light. He showed me how to reset it and said to call back if there were any further problems. To each and every one of you I can't say "thank you" enough. It's hard to find great service from honest and professional people but I have to say my rating for this company's staff and service should receive an A+++.”
