Dane was my technician and was excellent. My system is old and he wasn't going to let it defeat him. After an hour or so and tracing many wires, after checking the usual culprits, he found the black one had a couple of partial breaks causing my no heat issue. He made proper repairs, and because of the age of my system he also did a carbon monoxide check to make sure it was safe. I WOULD HIGHLY recommend this company. Very reasonably priced and quick to service. I called at 8:30 am and he was here by 10 am and I live way out in the country. Thank you One Hour for your prompt service and professionalism.

We were blessed with this opportunity in April of 2024, we also own and operate Mitchell's One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning in Avon, Ohio. In addition to the 2 locations, we have a pretty big family. 4 children. Brittany, Tyler, Dylan, and Hannah, we have 3 pups, lots of extended family, and with the 2 locations we have around 80 employees (who are part of our family.) We love spending time with our children, being by the lake, spending time on our boat, traveling, or trying new restaurants. We are eager to start this new chapter and see what Columbus will bring us and can't wait to meet so many new people!
