Mr Thomas Cook ( TJ ), came out today [ January 6, 2026 ] and installed the final part of the furnace malfunctioning, it took all but 9 minutes. TJ is quite knowledgeable in field of repair. Thanks For the help TJ —-also Mr Jones was called upon early morning that week and he as well did a great job troubleshooting this problem. Thank You Most recent service done by Mar 2, 2026 TJ, again engaged in a full Maintenance Service of: Air Flow, External Stat Pressure, Supply Stat, Temperature Rise, and more. He TJ did a very thorough analysis.

Excellent professional. Determined the issue and arrange for the part in an expedited manner and came back the next day ! Most importantly was able to "temporarily" enable the furnace to heat until the damaged part was installed next day.
