The receptionist/call taker was friendly, and technician Luke Brigham responded to my house that afternoon. Luke was informative, he completed the work quickly, and the price was fair. One Hour provides an itemized list of the costs for the services in a tiered format, so there are no surprises. Luke also showed me the faulty parts that were replaced. “Cody was amazing, my AC wasn’t blowing cold air and Cody was able to quick to identify the problem and get it fixed. I was pretty scared since my AC unit had never had any issues and I don’t know anything about the workings of the unit.
