Jeff was our technician and did an excellent job conducting a full furnace tune-up and cleaning all of our components. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He also diagnosed why our system was blowing cold air in heat mode and gave great recommendations to prevent future issues. Our furnace stopped putting out heat the second or third time we fired it up for the cold season. Upon calling one hour heating and air, the person on the other end of the phone was very pleasant and easy to talk to and gave clear and concise options and was able to schedule the same day, and then reschedule the next day when the same day wouldn't work for us. The next day, which happened to be a Sunday, I got the call at 7:35 a.m. saying our technician would be here at 8. Jeff came promptly at 8 and quickly diagnosed our furnace and had the replacement part on the truck. He was very courteous and respectful and had our furnace up and running by 8:40. Unexpected costs are never wanted, but when it happens, one hour heating and air is definitely the first call to make us those costs are HVAC related.
