“Brandon & Nathaniel did a great job with my super pro precision tune up for both Winter & Summer! They were both extremely friendly, very professional & went through every step to make sure that I understood exactly what they would be doing. Brandon even did two things that no technician has ever taken the time to do in all my years of having a contract with One Hour! First, he showed me where the water drain pipe was & what it looked like before he cleaned the clog out. Then he told me the very simple manner that I could monthly manage it it with a cup of warm water mixed with vinegar! Secondly, he cleaned one of my vents that no one has ever taken the time to clean! I appreciated both Brandon & Nathaniel’s work ethic & professional standards! I will request that they come back to my home in the future! Thanks One Hour & thank you Brandon & Nathaniel for such wonderful service!”

“Jarad was our service tech and we could not have asked for anyone more pleasant and knowledgeable. He came to perform a 69 check point service to our hvac system. My husband mentioned an issue to him and he immediately contacted a team member who resolved the issue quickly due to their own expertise. Jarad was on time, thorough, and explained every step of the way during this process. He got our approval for how service technicians should do their jobs and how to respond to customers. He also met the approval from our chocolate lab named Mac !!! Keep up the great work, Jared and hope One Hour hires more like him. “Very thorough, very nice personality, understanding to my situation. Came earlier rather than later, very communicative, respectful of my house. Notti was wonderful and yaook the time to answer my questions and was knowledgeable. Thank you! Jaden did a great job as well with installation of tge new equipment. He and his team left my house exactly how it was when they arrived. They were quick, efficient, and quiet. Very nice and respectful and helpful in explaining how tge equipment worked. Overall an excellent experience.”

“I haven’t had my installation done yet, so I’ll be back with an update once it’s completed. However, my experiences with Luke, Devin, and Kevin were nothing less than top tier professionalism. They were all so kind, personable, helpful, and informative. I also spoke to Luke’s wife who also works there. Forgive me for not remembering her name, but she too was very kind, helpful, and professional. All of them really worked with me to find the best solution to my HVAC issues in as low of a cost as possible. I really appreciate how they showed that they care about their clients. I was also informed that One Hour Heating and Cooling really cares about their employees which makes them love the work that they do. They treat each other like family. When they employees love what they do, they take pride in their work. That is very rare in companies nowadays. Other companies could learn a thing or two from One Hour Heating and Cooling. 🙂 Update: Hello. I’m back with an update. It’s been a week since my HVAC installation. My technicians were Gabe and Bryan. They were awesome! My house finally feels comfortable after going years without an efficient HVAC system. Now I can sit in my house without feeling miserable. To top it off, Gabe was very helpful to me with setting up my new digital thermostat. He had the brightest smile too. The fact that he and Bryan were at my house, all day, working hard, his willingness to help me while maintaining a smile on his face was very impressive. P.S., on the day that Luke, Devin, and Kevin came, I didn’t realize it until after I made my original post, but one of those men moved my trash bin back to my backyard after the truck came for trash day. Idk which one did it but that was very sweet of them. Thank you so much, guys. I hope yall read this. You all are amazing. 😊”
