He gave recommendations for other upgrades we could do to our system but was not pushy about upselling. “Kudos to Nick, who not only found my coolant leak but also discovered that my system is running very high pressures, most likely due to my ducts possibly being too small for the newer, larger unit. That may be why, at least in part, my previous unit failed. He's setting up solutions for both problems. That took terrific attention to detail and great detective work!
