“Jimmy has been servicing our units for a long time. He is amazing. He is very thorough and explains everything in detail to me. “One Hour A/C and Heating has been servicing my HVAC system for 16+ years and I have received nothing but excellent service for the entire time that I have been with them. No issues and no complaints whatsoever. For the past Summer, it was becoming increasingly obvious that my ' ancient' HVAC system had to be replaced, "grunted and moaned" during startup and did not run smoothly. I finally decided it was time for a new a/c and furnace. James (One Hour's service technician) was a great help in explaining the purchasing process that was involved. Kudos to the installation team (Kevin, Bobby, Dominic, Jesus, Gustavo) who did an outstanding job! The complete installation took approximately 4 hours including a thorough cleanup. The furnace is running great and I can't wait until next Spring and Summer when we use the a/c. Thank you One Hour!”
