The 'One Hour' in our company name indicates our guarantee to be at your home in the predetermined window quoted when you set your appointment. If we do not show up within that window, your service call fee is waived. 1. Express Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified one-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this one-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 2. Reserved Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified, two-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this two-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 3. Standard Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified four-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this four-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 4. Stand-By Appointment: This appointment is for overflow situations. This appointment will not have a specified time. You will receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 5. Emergency Appointment: This appointment is for an unspecified time after normal business hours Monday – Saturday and all day on Sundays/Holidays. It's ideal to service your cooling system each spring and your heating system each fall to ensure you find small issues before they become big problems.

How often do I need to change my HVAC filter?

Your filter should be changed every one to three months, depending on conditions in your home and your region's climate.

“We called One Hour on June 2 when our air conditioner stopped. They were out within an hour and had us back up and running quickly. We have a home warranty and even though they don’t work with home warranty, they did speak to them and get approval for reimbursement for us. Nearly a month later, we still had not been reimbursed by home warranty, they were stalling, kept saying they couldn’t get in touch with One Hour. But we’ve always received a quick response when we’ve called their office. They have a 24 Hour call Center. So I drove over to the office and met with their sales manager Vinny Herrera very nice gentleman. He joined me on a conference call to my home warranty and patiently sat with him while they kept putting him on hold explained the issue to them and managed to get me my reimbursement. I received confirmation this morning that they had mailed my check. Thank you so much Vinny. We loved our technician, Jimmy and Vinny is the best. We signed up for their maintenance program. I’m very happy with the service.”

“Kenneth was an amazing person to work with. We had problems arise last night with our AC, which we’ve had serviced by another AC company for years. We gave One Hour AC a call and they helped us immediately by setting up an appointment the following morning. They even were willing to come out the night we had problems, mind you this is on a Saturday! Kenneth was timely and incredibly professional. He knows what he’s talking about and was very descriptive in the problems we were having. He was very reasonable in pricing and had great benefits/discounts for me, being a US Veteran. An Ohio native that makes Las Vegas home, Donavan has been with One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating^® for over 11 years. After owning a bread distribution company, a friend suggested that he give HVAC a try. Good thing, because since starting as a Maintenance Technician, he’s steadily worked his way into his role as VP. Along the way he’s been instrumental in helping the Las Vegas One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating^® franchise win the President’s Club Award three times, and an NPS award during the 2017 brand convention.

He’s worked hard – advice he passes along to anyone interested in the industry is that “you get out of your profession what you put into it” – but also keeps the atmosphere in the office light and fun. And when he’s not at his day job, he takes advantage of all that Mother Nature has to offer by golfing, hiking, biking and snowboarding with his sons.

Chad is a problem solver and loves a challenge, which helps him work through any HVAC solution and inspire development of the other technicians he works with.
