“I signed up for One Hour A/C and Heating’s maintenance plan to get my air conditioner and heater ready for the upcoming season. I also had some concerns about my ductwork since the airflow in my house wasn’t even from room to room. Samuel Yockey came out to inspect my heater, and he was great! He showed up right on time, and I even got a text alert letting me know he was on his way. He really knew his stuff and explained that my heating unit is in great shape and ready for winter. He also went up to the attic, took pictures of my ductwork, and showed me exactly why the air wasn’t flowing evenly. Turns out, the builder didn’t complete the ductwork in a way that balances airflow properly. Samuel walked me through several options to fix it and gave me different price points, which I really appreciated. Overall, Samuel was professional, friendly, and super knowledgeable. I hope he’s the one who handles my future checkups! I definitely recommend signing up for One Hour’s maintenance plan—it’s an easy way to keep your system running efficiently and avoid expensive repairs later on.”
