An Ohio native that makes Las Vegas home, Donavan has been with One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating^® for over 11 years. After owning a bread distribution company, a friend suggested that he give HVAC a try. Good thing, because since starting as a Maintenance Technician, he’s steadily worked his way into his role as VP. Along the way he’s been instrumental in helping the Las Vegas One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating^® franchise win the President’s Club Award three times, and an NPS award during the 2017 brand convention.

He’s worked hard – advice he passes along to anyone interested in the industry is that “you get out of your profession what you put into it” – but also keeps the atmosphere in the office light and fun. And when he’s not at his day job, he takes advantage of all that Mother Nature has to offer by golfing, hiking, biking and snowboarding with his sons.

You might occasionally hear Chad greet you with an “aloha,” since he was born in Hawaii. Of course, today he lives in Las Vegas with his wife and three children. A 21-year veteran of the HVAC industry, Chad has been with One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating^® for 11 years. Chad is a problem solver and loves a challenge, which helps him work through any HVAC solution and inspire development of the other technicians he works with. His career has been a personally and professionally satisfying experience, which he credits to the support he gets both locally and from the One Hour corporate office.

When he’s not helping out customers, Chad spends time with his family, sharing special occasions with his wife, supporting his kids in sports and school activities, and even finds time to squeeze in a round of golf when possible.

Orlando is Las Vegas born and bred. For that past 10 years, he’s been perfecting his HVAC skills as he grew into his position as Senior Service Technician. Delivering excellent customer service individually and with a team motivates Orlando. It shows. He’s been on the top Installation Crew two years in a row, has been an Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) sales leader and says that the company’s focus on safety and teamwork are a big part of what he likes most about his job.

Orlando enjoys fishing, camping and engaging in paintball outside of work. Each of those takes discipline, which is probably why he says, “Be patient and don’t give up!” if you ask him for words of wisdom for anyone interested in the business.
