“Jimmy has been servicing our units for a long time. He is amazing. He is very thorough and explains everything in detail to me. I have been with this company for many Years and we have always been happy with their service. I do recommend them to all my friends. “We were very happy & impressed with ONE HOUR AC. The entire experience from getting a quote, purchasing, installation & after sales service was smooth sailing & super easy. They are thorough, reliable and great to do business with. Special shoutout to the team from salesmen Steve, technicians/installers Kevin, Albert & Bobby who came to install and left our place spotless to after sales technician Dylan who inspected the unit after hours on a weekend to ensure that everything is working well and that the weird smell was normal coming from a brand new unit.
