Rich provided super excellent service! He went "above and beyond the call of duty" to repair our furnace right before the 0 degree temperatures arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem and did everything possible to get the repair parts on New Year's Eve day - this was also supposed to be his day off!! Five stars is not quite enough, we give him 10 stars. We highly, highly, recommend One Hour HVAC!

Cierra had worked on my heating and air conditioning units in the past, and I was very pleased with her work, so I requested her again. This time, however, she had to trouble shoot to solve my furnace issue. She remained patient, persistent, and positive as she worked into the evening to find and repair the problem. She then tested her work multiple times to ensure her diagnosis and repairs resolved the situation. Cierra was excellent, a great technician and representative for the company.

Dakota Smith and Allen Lester were the service technicians to perform furnace maintenance. There were some issues found and they teamed up to troubleshoot and "make it right." They didn't leave until all issues were corrected and the furnace was fully functioning, even into the early evening hours. They were friendly, had great attitudes and demonstrated a great work ethic. Much appreciated. Thanks Guys!

Tony was actually a joy to have in our home. Friendly, helpful, knowledgable and he even had a small bag of dog treats (for just in case). Worked out well with our 4 month old puppy. We would request him for any future visits.

Allen Lester just left after doing the first annual checkup on the furnace and air conditioning unit for our newly built home. Allen was very professional and answered all the questions I had. Because I have allergies he recommended some additional items that would upgrade the filter portion of the furnace. Very happy with his visit.
